About Manatee County

Bradenton sits south of the Manatee River on Tampa Bay and serves as the county's most active city. Bradenton, FL enjoys pleasant weather year-round thanks to its Gulf Coast location. Summers bring temperatures in the upper 80s and 90s with occasional hotter days. Winters stay mild, rarely dropping below 40°F. The area receives about 50 inches of rain annually, spread fairly evenly throughout the year.

Board Meetings
The Villas Board meets on the third Wednesday of each month at 6:00 pm in the Alpha-Omega Room from September --- May. No meetings are held in June, July or August. A special meeting may be called as needed.
